Mezinárodní závodní řád

Edice 2019 (změny od edice 2016 zvýrazněny)

ICSF organizuje světová a kontinentální mistrovství, jakož i schválené mezinárodní závody pro muže, ženy, juniory a veterány v souladu s tímto Mezinárodním závodním řádem rybolovné techniky.
Junioři se mohou účastnit v kategorii mužů a žen.

Veterán I (Muži55) je závodník od kalendářního roku, kdy dosáhne věku 55 let, do konce kalendářního roku, kdy dosáhne věku 66 let.
Veterán II (Muži67+) je závodník od kalendářního roku, kdy dosáhne věku 67 let.
Veteránka (Ženy55) je závodnice od kalendářního roku, kdy dosáhne věku 55-ti let.
Junior je závodník do konce roku, ve kterém dosáhne 18 let.

Všechny národní organizace, které jsou platnými členy ICSF, se mohou účastnit světových a kontinentálních mistrovství a všech schválených mezinárodních soutěží.

Seznam soutěží pro novou sezónu rybolovné techniky je zveřejňován radou ICSF před starem dané sezóny.

Nemohou se účastnit organizace a jejich závodníci, které přišly o svá členství nebo nezaplatily členský příspěvek ICSF. Přihláška a oznámení o účasti na světových a kontinentálních mistrovstvích může být provedena do 2 měsíců před mistrovstvími.

Jména účastníků musí být nahlášena nejpozději 4 týdny před světovými a kontinentálními mistrovstvími. Konečné změny je možné provést při schůzi vedoucích výprav před soutěží.

Změny z důvodu nečekaného onemocnění závodníků musí být předloženy písemně vedení závodu (pořádající komisi) 1 hodinu před zahájením akce (čas určený na pozvánce).

Všechny národy a účastníci jsou povinni se řídit dopingovými pravidly ICSF, která jsou v souladu s WADA (World Anti – Doping Agency).

O udělení titulu rozhoduje výkon.

Nejvyšší počet účastníků za jeden národ na světových a kontinentálních mistrovstvích je 9 mužů, 6 juniorů, 5 žen a 3 dívky. Náhradníci jsou povoleni.

Při všech kontinentálních a světových mistrovstvích může za každý národ startovat v disciplínách 1 - 9 maximálně 6 určených mužů a v disciplínách 1 – 5 + 8 + 9 maximálně 3 určené ženy.

Z těchto určených účastníků jsou 4 muži a 2 ženy nominováni jako družstvo.

Pro disciplíny 8 a 9 se mohou být změněni 3 muži a 2 ženy za každý národ.

Při všech juniorských světových a kontinentálních mistrovstvích se může disciplín 1 - 5 zúčastnit maximálně 6 určených chlapců a maximálně 3 určené dívky.

Z těchto určených účastníků jsou 4 chlapci a 2 dívky nominováni jako družstvo.

Světová a kontinentální mistrovství se mohou uskutečnit pouze v případě, že mezi sebou může závodit alespoň 6 států v katerogii mužů a alespoň 4 státy v kategorii žen, chlapců a dívek.

Sportovci, kteří změní národnost a národní svaz, mají zakázanou účast na všech mezinárodních závodech po dobu 1 roku. Každá změna musí být nahlášena ICSF. O nové umožnění účasti se musí po uplynutí jednoho roku požádat ICSF. Nové povolení účasti je možné jen tehdy, pokud sportovec obdržel státní příslušnost dané země nebo je její získání pravděpodobné.

Pokud možno jsou všechny starty stavěny s větrem do zad.

Prut: Běžný jednoruční muškařský prut s maximální délkou 3 m.
Standardní očka nebo bezvložková očka.
Naviják: Standardní nebo vlastnoručně vyrobený muškařský naviják, který odpovídá standardním.
Naviják musí být připevněn k prutu a šňůra musí být připevněna k navijáku.
Naviják musí pojmout veškerý podklad a muškařskou šňůru včetně návazce.
Šňůra: Pouze muškařská šňůra nebo podobná šňůra schválená ICSF, s minimální délkou 13,5 m.
Šňůry s kovovou vložkou nebo kovu podobnými vložkami nejsou povoleny.
Podklad není omezen.
Náhrada konce muškařské šňůry musí být ze stejného materiálu a stejné barvy.
Návazec: Minimální délka 1,80 m.
Návazec musí být z jiného materiálu než muškařská šňůra.
Konec návazce by měl být minimálně 30 cm dlouhý a v maximálním průměru 0,50mm.
Barva: dobře viditelná jako žlutá, oranžová, křiklavě zelená , černá, neprůhledná.
Muška: Běžná závodní muška, velikost 10, bez háčku, schválená ICSF.

Průměr třepení mušky 16 - 20mm, vázaná na suchý styl v bílé, žluté nebo červené barvě.
Před startem disciplíny musí závodník svou mušku ukázat rozhodčímu, který rozhodne, zda-li je muška správná či nikoliv.
V případě ztráty mohou být mušky neomezeně nahrazovány.
Mušky nesmí být upravovány.
Pódium: Minimálně 1,50m dlouhé a 1,20m široké, 0,50m vysoké.

Terče: 5 umělohmotných nebo kovových terčů naplněných vodou, průměr 0,60 m, se zaoblenými okraji o výšce 3 cm.
Barva terčů: tmavá - černá, zelená, modrá či hnědá.
Naplněné vodou.
Sestava: Terč č. 1 je vlevo od závodníka ve vzdálenosti 8 m od středu horního předního okraje pódia.
Terč č. 5 vpravo od závodníka ve vzdálenosti 13 m od středu horního předního okraje pódia.
Terče č. 2, 3 a 4 jsou v přímce mezi terči č. 1 a 5.
Terč 3 je vždy umístěn přímo před pódiem.
Všechny vzdálenosti terčů se měří od středu horního předního okraje pódia ke středu terče.
Vzdálenosti mezi jednotlivými středy terčů musí být 1,80 m.

Suché hody: Závodník musí zahajovat s muškou v ruce a muškařskou šňůrou vytaženou na délku prutu (žádná visící šňůra z navijáku), návazec není zahrnut.
Pokud šňůra není vytažena na délku prutu, rozhodčí požádá závodníka o nápravu.
Po druhém upozornění bude závodník diskvalifikován z této disciplíny.
Na každý terč se provede po jednom suchém hodu v následujícím pořadí terčů:
3 – 1 – 4 – 2 – 5 – 3 – 1 – 4 – 2 – 5.
Alespoň jeden mezihod musí být proveden mezi každým zásahem nebo položením mušky. V daném pořadí musí být zasaženo všech deset terčů nebo tolik terčů, kolik dovolí čas.
U suchých hodů se smí šňůra prodlužovat či zkracovat pouze při mezihodech za pohybu prutu, vytahování šňůry z navijáku bez vedení prutu není povoleno.
Nesprávné vytahování nebo zkracování šňůry způsobí ohodnocení následujícího hodu 0 body.
Při porušování pravidel (jako položení šňůry nebo opakované dotýkání se země návazcem nebo muškařskou šňůrou) bude závodník varován vždy jednou pro každý terč.
Pokud bude závodník ignorovat varování, bude ohodnocen 0 body.
Mokré hody: Po dokončení suchých hodů stáhne závodník šňůru zpět na vzdálenost prvního terče.
Pak závodník provede jeden hod na každý terč ve dvou kolech, jeden mokrý hod na každý terč v pořadí:
1 – 2 – 3 – 4 – 5 – 1 – 2 – 3 – 4 – 5.
Šňůra může být zkracována mezi terči 5 a 1, ale přehazování šňůry nebo mezihody během házení na terče nejsou povoleny.

Hody: Kdyby byl hod muškou při mokrém hodu ztížen špatným povrchem země nebo trávou, je na uvážení mezinárodního rozhodčího, zda má být závodníkovi dán pokus navíc.
Čas: 5 minut 30 vteřin.
Hodnocení: Zásah terče - 5 bodů, nejvyšší počet bodů 100.
Vnitřní okraj terče platí jako zásah a je bodovaný 5 body.

Obecné: Závodník musí stát při suchých a mokrých hodech minimálně jednou nohou u předního okraje pódia.
Prut: Jednoruční muškařský prut, maximální délka 3,00 m
Naviják: Libovolný naviják. Naviják připevněný k prutu, šňůra připevněna k navijáku. Naviják musí pojmout veškerý podklad a muškařskou šňůru včetně návazce.
Šňůra: Oranžová muškařská šňůra, schválená ICSF.
Jakékoliv změny a úpravy muškařské šňůry jsou zakázány.

Muži, chlapci a veteráni:
Minimální délka šňůry 13,50 m, maximální hmotnost je 38 g,
z muškařské šňůry pro jednoruč.

Ženy a dívky:
Minimální délka šňůry 13,50 m, maximální hmotnost je 34 g,
z muškařské šňůry pro jednoruč
Návazec: Minimální délka 1,80 m, maximální délka 3 m.
Muška: Jako u disciplíny 1
Pódium: Jako u disciplíny 1
Výseč: Ve vzdálenosti 50 m je výseč široká 25 m, měřeno v pravém úhlu ke kolmé ose od středu předního okraje pódia. Od 50 metrů jsou položeny výrazné pásky pro lepší orientaci.
Čas: 5 minut.
Hodnocení: Nejdelší hod pro vítězství disciplíny ve finále, dva nejdelší hody se započítávají do víceboje.
1 m = 1 bod.
Obecné: Šňůra může být vytažena mimo výseč během házení předchozí závodníka.
Muška musí ležet mimo výseče.
Vzhledem k technice házení mušky dálky musí být celá muškařská šňůra vedena ve vzduchu během vodění šňůry dopředu a dozadu.

Prut: Jednoruční rybářský prut o minimální délce 1,37 m, maximální délce 2,50 m, nejméně 3 průběžná očka a 1 koncové očko.
Největší vnitřní průměr spodního očka je 50 mm,
koncového očka 10 mm.
Délka držadla nesmí překročit čtvrtinu celkové délky prutu.
Naviják: Smekací naviják se standardní cívkou, příp. běžnou cívkou, odpovídající standardní. Navijáky se změněným převodem jsou povoleny.
Vlasec: Libovolný, se stejným průměrem po celé délce. Minimální délka letícího vlasce 20 m.
Zátěž: 7,5 g - umělá hmota, schválená ICSF, ve tvaru souměrné kapky s rovným povrchem.
Délka bez očka: 53,0 mm +/- 0,3 mm
Průměr hlavičky: 18,5 mm +/- 0,3 mm
Průměr očka: 5,0 mm +/- 1 mm
Hmotnost: včetně očka 7,5 g +/- 0,15 g
Barva: bílá
Haziště: Terčem pro arenberg je zelená plachta z látky nebo umělé hmoty
s 5 soustřednými kruhy, které jsou značeny v bílé barvě a maximální šířce 2 cm,
s průměrem 0,75 m - 1,35 m - 1,95 m - 2,55 m - 3,15 m.
Střed tvoří plochý černý terč o průměru 0,75 m s maximální tloušťkou 10 mm.
Terč by neměl být položen hlouběji než plachta.
Pět startovišť je rozmístěno kolem terče v úhlu 90°.
První a poslední startoviště je v přímé lince ze středu přes roh plachty.
Ostatní tři startoviště se nacházejí mezi prvním a posledním.
Největší vzdálenost pokud možno postavena pro házení s větrem v zádech.
Startoviště jsou označena startovním prkénkem, které má délku
1 m a výšku max. 0,10 m.
Barva: bílá
Hody: Z každého startoviště 2 hody.
Závodník musí začínat ze startoviště 1 se zátěží v ruce.

Stanoviště a technika:
Vzdálenost se měří vždy do středu terče a startoviště se prochází zleva doprava.
Startoviště 1: vzdálenost 10 m kyvadlový hod pod rukou.
Startoviště 2: vzdálenost 12 m stranový hod z pravé strany.
Startoviště 3: vzdálenost 18 m hod přes hlavu.
Startoviště 4: vzdálenost 14 m stranový hod z levé strany.
Startoviště 5: vzdálenost 16 m libovolný hod.

Prakové hody nejsou povoleny.
Kyvadlový hod pod rukou: Je proveden správně, když se zátěž při odhodu nachází pod prutem. Držení těla závodníka je libovolné.
Stranový hod zprava: Pravý stranový hod je správně proveden, když je špička prutu při odhodu vedena min. 1 metr napravo ve směru hodu, prut a házející ruka jsou napravo od osy hodu, což je spojovací přímka mezi osou těla a středem cíle.

Špička prutu se při odhozu nesmí dostat nad horizontálu.

Držení těla závodníka je libovolné bez ohledu na to, zda se prut nachází před nebo za startovním prknem.
Vláčení zátěže po zemi je zakázáno a hodnotí se 0 body.

Délka průvěsu není omezená.
Hod přes hlavu: Hod přes hlavu je proveden správně, když se špička prutu před odhozem nachází nad hlavou závodníka. Prut musí být veden mezi horizontální a vertikální rovinou. Délka průvěsu není důležitá. Držení těla závodníka je libovolné.
Stranový hod zleva: Levý stranový hod je správně proveden, když je špička prutu při odhozu vedena min. 1 metr nalevo ve směru hodu, prut a házející ruka jsou nalevo od osy hodu, což je spojovací přímka mezi osou těla a středem terče.

Špička prutu se při odhozu nesmí dostat nad horizontálu.

Držení těla závodníka je libovolné bez ohledu na to, zda se prut nachází před nebo za startovním prknem.
Vláčení zátěže po zemi je zakázáno a hodnotí se 0 body.

Délka průvěsu není omezená.
Čas: 5 minut, včetně přesunů mezi startovními prkénky.

Hodnocení: Směrem od středu 10 – 8 – 6 – 4 – 2 body.
Maximální počet bodů: 100.
Prut: Jako u disciplíny 3
Naviják: Jako u disciplíny 3
Vlasec: Jako u disciplíny 3
Zátěž: Jako u disciplíny 3
Cíl: 5 nakloněných terčů o průměru 0,76 m a tloušťce max. 10 mm.

Barva: žlutá.
Přední okraj terče ve výšce 5 cm nad zemí, zadní ve výšce 17 cm nad zemí.
Haziště: 5 startovišť, počínaje zleva nejkratší vzdáleností 10 m, měřeno ke středu terče, následně vzrůstající vzdálenost k poslednímu terči napravo ve vzdálenosti 18 m, měřeno ke středu terče.
Terče č. 2, 3 a 4 jsou v přímce mezi terči č. 1 a 5.
Startovní prkénka jako u disciplíny 3.
Terče jsou postaveny a jejich vzdálenost měřena v pravém úhlu ke středu příslušného startovního prkénka.
Vzdálenosti mezi středy startovních prkének činí 1,50 m.
Hody: Z 5 různých startovišť se hází vždy na odpovídající terč, dva hody na každém startovišti.
Každý závodník prochází haziště dvakrát.
Pro všech 20 hodů je technika hodu libovolná, prakové hody nejsou povoleny.
Čas: 8 minut, včetně přesunů mezi startovními prkénky.
Hodnocení: Každý zásah terče 5 bodů. Maximální počet bodů 100
Prut: Jako u disciplíny 3
Naviják: Jako u disciplíny 3
Vlasec: Minimální průměr 0,18 mm (bez tolerance směrem dolů), ale po celé délce stejný průměr.
Průměr nástavce minimálně 0,25 mm, bez tolerance směrem dolů.
Minimální délka návazce od cívky po zátěž s minimálně jednou celou smyčkou na cívce.
Barva nástavce: dobře viditelná jako žlutá, oranžová, křiklavě zelená, černá, neprůsvitná.
Zátěž: Jako u disciplíny 3
Haziště: Ve vzdálenosti 100 m je výseč široká 50 m, měřeno v pravém úhlu ke kolmé ose od středu předního okraje startovního prkénka.

Startovní prkénko: 1,50m dlouhé a maximálně 10cm vysoké.
Barva: bílá.
Je zajištěna maximální rozběhová dráha 5 m.
Od 50 metrů jsou položeny výrazné pásky pro lepší orientaci.
Hody: Každý závodník má 3 hody, které je třeba provést ve 3 cyklech.
Styl házení libovolný.
Prakové hody nejsou povoleny.
Čas: Po zavolání má závodník 60 sekund na příchod na start a odhození.

Hodnocení: Hodnotí se nejdelší ze tří hodů.
1 m = 1,5 bodu.
Prut: Obouruční muškařský prut. Maximální délka 5,20 m
Naviják: Jako u disciplíny 2
Šňůra: Jakákoliv šňůra schválená ICSF.
Maximální váha: 120 g celá nebo složená z více kusů.
Šňůry s kovovou vložkou nebo podobnými vložkami nejsou přípustné.
Délka šňůry minimálně 15,00 m.
Návazec: Minimální délka 1,80 m, maximální délka 5,20 m.

Závodník musí opustit startoviště do dvou minut po dokončení hodu.

Zátěže nesmí být nijak upravovány.

Při kontinentálních a světových mistrovstvích a všech mezinárodních závodech uznaných ICSF, smí být používány pouze muškařské šňůry schválené ICSF a zátěže prodávané a kontrolované ICSF. Zátěže pro dálkové hody se vydávají před startem a jsou opatřeny značkou pořadatele.

Na základě pravidel, specifických pro každou disciplínu, se prut musí vodit jednoruč příp. obouruč. Opření prutu o předloktí při jeho zpětném vedení je povoleno, avšak prut nesmí být připevněn.
Žádné jiné technické pomůcky nejsou povoleny.

  1. vedení prutu neodpovídá pravidlům.
    V muškařských dálkových disciplínách musí být šňůra celou svou délkou voděna vzduchem.
  2. při odhozu chybí muška či návazec.
    Pokud by byl návazec zamotaný a jeho délka by tak nedosahovala 1,80 m,
    platí dosažený výsledek, pokud byl hod platný.
  3. pokud se závodník během vodění mušky dotkne země kolem pódia dříve,
    ež se muška dotkne země či terče.
  4. se muška dotkne země či terče po uběhnutí časového limitu.
  5. pokud se během mezihodu muška dotkne vody v některém terči
    nebo země před terči dříve, než bylo provedeno finální položení,
    považuje se za porušování pravidel (stejně jako položení šňůry nebo opakované dotýkání se země návazcem nebo muškařskou šňůrou)
    a závodník je varován vždy jednou pro každý terč.
    Pokud bude závodník ignorovat varování, bude ohodnocen 0 body .
  6. pokud je šňůra označkována nebo se provádí náměry podél prutu.
  7. pokud byl poničený konec muškařské šňůry nahrazen více než o délku prutu.
    Konec šňůry smí být nahrazen pouze stejným materiálem stejné barvy.
  8. pokud je muškařská šňůra u disciplíny 1 vytažena z navijáku před tím, než rozhodčí dá pokyn pro zahájení disciplíny.
  9. pokud závodník nestojí minimálně jednou nohou
    na předním okraji pódia.
  10. muška zůstane ležet mimo výseč (disciplíny 2, 6).

Každý hod hodnocen 0 body se započítává do počtu povolených hodů.
Zásahy a vzdálenosti docílené neplatným hodem se hodnotí 0 body.
Je-li použito nepředpisové nářadí,
je závodník diskvalifikován z celé disciplíny.

  1. Každý závodník je osobně zodpovědný za používání správného nářadí pro každou disciplínu.
  2. Poruchy nářadí či jeho částí jsou zlomený či poškozený prut nebo pružina a závada u navijáku.
  3. V okamžiku takové situace je pozastaven čas.
    Zbývající čas může být využit za použití vyměněným nářadím, avšak pouze ve stejném kole.
    Tyto poruchy nářadí musí být nahlášeny mezinárodnímu rozhodčímu na startu.

    Při finálových kolech je zastavení času vyloučeno.
  4. Závodník má k dispozici 10 minut na opravu či výměnu poškozeného nářadí.
    Při finálových kolech je zastavení času vyloučeno.
  5. Při ztrátě mušky či návazce může závodníkovi pomoci jedna osoba v daném okamžiku s výměnou mušky nebo návazce.
    Závodníkovi může být poskytnuta pomoc při rozmotání šňůry, výměně ztracené mušky nebo návazce nebo jiných problému s nářadím, ale vždy jednou osobou v daném okamžiku.
    Vzdálenosti a zásahy před incidentem se započítávají.
  6. Pokud dojde k uvolnění třepení mušky z háčku, na základě rozhodčího je čas zastaven a závodník nebo jeho asistent je vyzván k okamžité výměně mušky za novou.
    Čas je znovu puštěn co nejdříve po výměně mušky, šňůra musí být vytažena.
    Může být použit neomezený počet mušek.

U disciplín 2 a 6 může být poškozená šňůra vyměněna za novou, není hodnoceno 0 body.

  1. U disciplíny na přesnost musí být ohodnocen každý pokus, kdy muška poprvé zasáhne terč. U dálkových disciplín se měří vzdálenost od místa, kde muška zůstane ležet.
  2. Hod může být opakován, jestliže byl ovlivněn jinou osobou. Toto musí být rozhodnuto hlavním rozhodčím po pokynu rozhodčího na startu.
  3. V případě že by muška z důvodu špatného povrchu země nebo trávy při mokrých hodech zůstala viset, je na uvážení mezinárodního rozhodčího, zda povolit opakování hodu.
  4. U muškařských disciplín se čas začíná počítat, jakmile závodník prohlásí, že je připraven ke startu, a rozhodčí odstartuje disciplínu.
    Před uplynutím času muška posledního hodu musí ležet nebo se dotknout země nebo terče u disciplíny 1 a odhod proveden u disciplíny 2 a 6.
  5. V disciplínách 1, 2, 6 hod se započítává, pokud na háčku není otřepení.
  6. Ve finálových kolech muškařškých disciplín 1, 2, 6 se nezastavuje čas v případě poškození nářadí nebo když na háčku chybí otřepení.

Každý závodník je osobně zodpovědný za používání správného nářadí pro každou disciplínu. Pravidla pro techniky hodu, neplatné hody a poruchy nářadí i pro stanovení výsledků jsou platné pro všechny zátěžové disciplíny.

Pokud v pravidlech pro danou disciplínu nejsou žádná omezení, je povolena jakákoliv technika hodu. Všeobecně jsou zakázány tzv. prakové hody, které jsou definovány následně:

  1. Pod prakovým hodem se rozumí hod, při němž závodník napne prut tahem za zátěž a pomocí napnutého prutu vypustí zátěž.
  2. Jakýkoliv pokus o hod s uvolněním šňůry se považuje za hod.

  1. pokud se závodník během letu kapky dotkne země před startovním prkénkem nebo – u terčových disciplín – nestojí alespoň s jednou nohou přímo za startovním prkénkem v okamžiku odhodu.
  2. pokud závodník u dálkových zátěžových disciplín vstoupí na startoviště a hod neabsolvuje během 60 sekund poté, co rozhodčí prohlásí start za volný.
    Jestliže je tento časový limit překročen, hod se započítává do počtu povolených hodů v dané disciplíně.
  3. pokud závodník u dálkových zátěžových disciplín překročí předepsaný rozběh 5m.
  4. pokud se zátěž dotkne země uvnitř haziště nebo před startovním prkénkem či jeho pomyslnou prodlouženou linií na obě strany, a to i v případě, že hod nebyl proveden.
  5. pokud byl odhod zátěže proveden a závodník zapomněl překlopit překlápěč u zátěžových disciplín nebo uvolnit cívku v multi disciplínách, přičemž zátěž se ani nemusí dotknout země.
  6. pokud se během odhodu zátěže zaklapne překlápěč u zátěžových disciplín nebo se cívka náhodně zamotá u multi disciplín, i když se zátěž nedotkne země před startovním prkénkem.
  7. pokud se vlasec přetrhne během letu zátěže nebo pokud nebyl připevněn k navijáku.
  8. pokud kapka u terčových disciplín zasáhne mimo terč a u dálkových disciplín zůstane kapka ležet mimo výseč .
  9. pokud technika hodu neodpovídá předpisům.
  10. pokud závodník začne namotávat šňůru nebo překročí startovní prkénko dříve než je hod ve výseči označen nebo bez vyzvání rozhodčím.

Každý neplatný hod se započítává do počtu povolených hodů.
Zásahy a dálky dosažené neplatným hodem se nehodnotí.
Je-li použito nepředpisové nářadí, závodník je diskvalifikován z celé disciplíny.

Jakékoliv úpravy kapek povedou k diskvalifikaci z celého závodu.

Defekt načiní nebo jeho částí jsou: zlomený prut nebo pružina a defekt na navijáku.
O takovém defektu musí být informován mezinárodní rozhodčí příslušného startu.
Při takové události je zastaven čas.
Závodník dostave desetiminutový čas, aby nářadí opravil nebo vyměnil.
Ve zbývajícím čase může závodník pokračovat s jinou sestavou náčiní, které je v souladu s pravidly dané disciplíny.

Žádný čas není poskytnut, pokud dojde ke ztráte očka na prutu, zamotání vlasce nebo pokud se vlasec dostane pod cívku.
Během všech defektů může mít závodník pomoc, vždy od jedné osoby v jednom okamžiku.

Ve finálových kolech je zastavení času vyloučeno.

  1. U všech zátěžových dálkových disciplín je měření prováděno v metrech a centimetrech mezi středem startovního prkénka a nejvzdálenější částí kapky.
    U Arenbergu se zásah bílého kruhu hodnotí jako zásah do vnitřní části přilehlého kruhu.
  2. Měření dálkových hodů se provádí po každém hodu.
  3. Rozhodčí musí oznámit dosaženou vzdálenost, kterou závodník dosáhl, ihned po každém hodu.
  4. Poslední hod musí být dokončen před vypršením času, tzn. kapka musí zasáhnout terč nebo zemi (disciplíny 3, 4 a 8).
    U dálkových disciplín musí být hod proveden dříve než vyprší čas (disciplíny 5, 7, 9).
  5. Hody mohou být opakovány, pokud byly narušeny jinou osobou. Rozhodne o tom hlavní rozhodčí po pokynu rozhodčího na startu.

  1. Reputace ICSF roste do té míry, do jaké k ní účastníci soutěže přispívají svou disciplínou, atletickým duchem a velikostí svých sportovních výkonů.

    K tomu patří také jednotné sportovní oblečení.
    Je základní povinností každého závodníka chovat se kamarádsky a sportovně a řídit se pokyny vedení závodu a rozhodčích.
    Nesportovní chování poškozuje vážnost organizace a je trestáno, v případě pokračování může být závodník diskvalifikován ze závodu.
  2. Každý závodník je sám odpovědný za stav svého náčiní, aby odpovídalo závodnímu řádu. Od každého závodníka se vyžaduje plynulé házení.
  3. Ve dnech závodu je trénink na závodě možný, ale pouze pokud se nenarušuje průběh disciplín.
    Pokud závodník nedodržuje pokyny vedení závodu, bude upozorněn a při pokračování chování v rozporu s pokyny může být diskvalifikován ze zbytku závodu.
  4. Každý závodník se musí po prvním vyvolání dostavit na start.
    Čas začíná běžet hned po startovním signálu rozhodčího.
    Čas k příchodu na start a odhození u disciplín 5, 7, 9 je 60 sekund od chvíle,
    kdy byl závodník vyvolán rozhodčím bezprostředně po změření předchozího hodu.
    Pro všechny uvedené disciplíny je důležité, aby byl následující závodník také vyvolán, a tak se mohl připravit na hod v daném kole.
    Závodník musí začít házet nebo se točit ihned po startovním signálu rozhodčím.

  5. Pokud je při startu disciplíny č. 1 muškařská šňůra delší než délka prutu, měl by rozhodčí závodníka na tuto skutečnost upozornit.
    Není-li šňůra zkrácena po upozornění rozhodčím, je závodník z této disciplíny diskvalifikován.
  6. Každý závodník je povinen dodržovat mezinárodně uznávané předpisy o dopingu, ustanovených antidopingovými pravidly ICSF, která jsou v souladu s kodexem WADA.

Na světových a kontinentálních mistrovstvích je kontrola náčiní prováděna jedním mezinárodním rozhodčím a jedním asistentem z pořadatelské země.
Kontrolní stanice musí být v blízkosti hazišť.
Při zátěžových disciplínách by měla být přítomna jedna osoba pro kontrolu vlasců na dvou hazištích.
Vybraný závodník musí být doprovázen s načiním do kontrolní stanice alespoň jedním národním rozhodčím.
Šance na vybrání pro kontrolu nářadí je 1:4.

V případě, že závodník používá nářadí, které není v souladu s pravidly, bude diskvalifikován z dané disciplíny.
Pokud se to stane znovu, bude vyloučen z celého závodu.

  1. Světové a kontinentální rekordy mohou být dosaženy pouze na světových a kontinentálních mistrovstvích a na registrovaných mezinárodních závodech.
    Zahraniční mezinárodní rozhodčí musí být přítomen.
  2. Je-li překonán stávající světový rekord, musí být ihned překontrolováno náčiní, zda odpovídá pravidlům.
    Tyto kontroly jsou provedeny mezinárodním rozhodčím.
    Musí být bezprostředně zjištěn okamžik (čas) každého světového rekordu a písemně zaznamenán do startovní knihy nebo průkazu příslušného závodníka, mezinárodní rozhodčí musí záznam podepsat.
    Zahraniční mezinárodní rozhodčí musí potvrdit správnost kontroly.
  3. Ve všech dálkových disciplínách nemůže být rekord uznán, pokud síla větru překročí 3 m/s nebo nejsou k dispozici měřící zařízení.
    Síla větru se měří v okamžiku, kdy byl rekordní hod proveden.
    Větroměr musí být umístěn blízko hazišť, o umístění musí být rozhodnuto vedením závodu.
    Rozhodčí, kteří měří dálkové hody ve všech výsečích, musí být schopni vidět, zda byla síla větru překročena.
    Měření musí být prováděno ve výšce 1,8 – 2m
  4. Protokol ICSF, podepsaný alespoň jedním členem vedením závodu, musí být přeposlán technické komisi ICSF, aby byl nový rekord uznán.

  5. Rekordy mohou být dosaženy i ve finálových kolech.
  6. Na světových a kontinentálních mistrovstvích a registrovaných mezinárodních závodech musí být aktuální světové rekordy vyznačeny ve výsečích pro snadnější rozhodování.
  7. Světových a kontinentálních rekordů může být dosaženo v následujících disciplínách:
    1. disciplína 2 ženy a muži; dívky a chlapci, veteránky a veteráni
      disciplína 5 ženy a muži; dívky a chlapci, veteránky a veteráni
      disciplína 6 muži, veteráni
      disciplína 7 muži, veteráni
      disciplína 9 ženy a muži, veteránky a veteráni
    2. pětiboj ženy a muži; dívky a chlapci, veteránky a veteráni
      sedmiboj muži, veteráni

  1. Ve všech terčových disciplínách se dosažené body rovnají počtu bodů.
  2. Ve všech zátěžových dálkových disciplínách se metry násobí x 1,5 bodu.
  3. Ve všech muškařských dálkových disciplínách se nejlepší hod počítá do pořadí individuální disciplíny a součet dvou nejlepších hodů do víceboje.
    Metry se násobí x 1,0 bodu.
  4. Ve všech vícebojích jsou body získané v jednotlivých disciplínách sečteny dohromady.
    Součet bodu rozhoduje.

Na světových a kontinentálních mistrovstvích se hodnotí následující disciplíny a víceboje:

  2. Soutěže družstev se počítají v pětiboji (disciplíny 1 – 5).
  3. Družstva se skládají z 4 mužů/chlapců nebo 2 žen/dívek
  4. Jména členů družstev finálně oznamují zástupci výprav na setkaní výprav před zahájením závodu.

  1. Na světových a kontinentálních mistrovství budou udělována následující ocenění:
    1. Individuální disciplíny V každé disciplíně se určují 3 vítězové:

    Ve všech individuálních disciplínách je ocenění také realizováno předáním diplomu pro všechny finalisty a šest nejlepších ve vícebojích.
    7. Soutěž družstev: Nejlepší družstvo mužů, žen, chlapců a dívek je vítězem a obdrží Pohár národů.
    Všichni členové družstva včetně trenéra jsou prohlášeni za vítěze.
  2. Na schválených mezinárodních závodech mohou být udělována následující ocenění:

  1. Vítězem je závodník, který v jednotlivé disciplíně či víceboji dosáhne nejvyššího počtu bodů.
  2. Finále:
    1. V každé disciplíně je vítěz určen podle finálového kola.
      Nejlepších 6 žen a nejlepších 8 mužů se kvalifikují do finálového kola.
      V ženách, veteránkách a juniorkách a juniorech musí být ve startovní listině minimálně 9 závodnic, v mužích a veteránech musí být ve startovní listině minimálně 12 závodníků.
      Finále se nemůže uskutečnit, pokud je méně jak 9 závodnic nebo 12 závodníků.
      Určení vítěze závisí na bodech (disciplíny 1 - 9) a na čase (disciplíny 1, 3, 4, 8).
    2. Všechna finále v disciplínách 1 – 4, 6 a 8 se uskuteční ve stejný čas a za stejných podmínek. Finále pro zátěžové disciplíny 5, 7 a 9 se uskuteční na jednom startovišti, určeném mezinárodním hlavním rozhodčím.
    3. Pokud neexistuje 6 nebo 8 hazišť, finále se hází ve dvou kolech.
    4. Závodník bude startovat na stanovišti v obráceném pořadí podle umístění v kvalifikačním kole. tzn. např. muži: start 1 - závodník na 8. místě, start 2 - závodník na 7. místě.
      Pokud je více závodníků než hazišť v jakékoliv disciplíně, skupiny musí být tvořeny stejným počtem závodníků, počínaje v opačném pořadí dosažených výsledku v kvalifikačním kole, např. 8-5 a 4-1.
    5. Výsledky všech finálových kol určují pořadí vítězů.
      Výsledky v kvalifikačních kolech se počítají pro všechny víceboje a soutěže družstev.
  3. Postup při terčových disciplínách 1, 3, 4 a 8:
    1. Během všech terčových disciplín se musí měřit čas již během kvalifikačních kol pro určení postupujících závodníků do finálového kola.
  4. Postup při dálkových disciplínách:
    1. V muškařských dálkových disciplínách 2 a 6 závodník bude startovat na stanovišti v obráceném pořadí podle umístění v kvalifikačním kole.

    2. Finálová kola pro zátěžové dálkové disciplíny 5, 7 a 9 se uskuteční na jednom stanovišti určeném mezinárodním hlavním rozhodčím.
      Závodník bude startovat na stanovišti v obráceném pořadí podle umístění v kvalifikačním kole, od 8. do 1. místa.
  5. Stejný počet bodů u dvou a více závodníků při terčových disciplínách 1, 3, 4 a 8:
    Pokud existují dva čí více závodníků se stejným počtem bodů v kvalifikačním či finálovém kole, o vítězi rozhodne nejlepší výsledek dosažený v nejkratším čase.

    Pokud výsledek a čas jsou i přesto stejný, uskuteční se nové finálové kolo.
  6. Stejný počet bodů u dvou a více závodníků při dálkových disciplínách 2, 5 – 7 a 9:
    Pokud dva či více závodníků mají stejnou dálku hodu, o výsledku rozhodne druhý či případně třetí nejdelší hod.
    Pokud všechny 3 hody jsou stejné, o výsledku rozhodne nové finálové kolo.
  7. Pokud dva či více závodníků mají stejný počet bodů při vícebojích:
    Pokud dva či více závodníků mají stejný počet bodů při vícebojích, první, respektive druhé a třetí místo závodníci sdílí.
    Stejné pravidlo se uplatňuje i v případě soutěže družstev.

  1. Pro soutěž družstev určují výsledek družstva výsledky disciplín 1 až 5 (pětiboj).

    Výsledek družstva je součet bodů, získaných každým členem družstva v každé z pěti disciplín.
  2. Vítězem soutěže družstev se stává družstvo, jehož členové dosáhli nejvyššího celkového počtu bodů.
  3. Pokud 2 nebo více týmů mají stejné skóre, první respektive druhé či třetí místo týmy sdílí.

  1. Každý startující závodník má na základě svých výsledků šanci získat titul mistra světa, respektive titul mistra kontinentu.
  2. Na všech mistrovstvích je vítěz nebo vítězné družstvo prohlášeno mistrem konkrétní disciplíny nebo víceboje.
  3. Udělovaný titul zní: mistr světa příp. mistr kontinentu v dané disciplíně, víceboji nebo družstev, s připojením konkrétního názvu disciplíny nebo víceboje a daného výkonu.

  1. Vztyčování státních vlajek.
    Sportovní soutěže jsou ve znamení olympijské myšlenky a jsou spojeny principy přátelství mezi národy.
    K vyjádření těchto myšlenek se při všech důležitých mezinárodních závodech vztyčují státní vlajky zúčastněných národů.
    Na základě požadavku pořadatele by všechny účastnící se národy měly přivézt svou národní vlajky a hymny.
    Pořadatel může poskytnout pokyny, týkající se velikosti vlajek.
  2. Vítězové slavnostně obdrží zlaté, stříbrné a bronzové medaile a diplomy označující dosažené tituly nebo umístění.
    Při všech vyhlášeních je s udílením zlaté medaile hrána národní hymna vítězného národa, jakmile jsou medaile předány.
    Na počest prvních tří umístěných jsou vztyčeny jejich státní vlajky společně.

  1. Světová a kontinentální mistrovství jsou zajišťována přes ICSF nebo osobou pověřenou ICSF.
    Ta má plnou odpovědnost za správnou organizaci a administraci světových a kontinentálních mistrovství v souladu s tímto mezinárodním závodním řádem.

  2. Vedení závodu se skládá minimálně z 5 členů, 4 jsou jmenování zemí pořádající mistrovství.
    Pátým členem je mezinárodní hlavní rozhodčí, který zastupuje ICSF.
  3. Vedoucí osoba závodu je určena zemí, která je pověřena zemí, pořádající daný závod.
  4. Během závodu je ICSF jako organizace zastupována v kontrolní funkci mezinárodním hlavním rozhodčím a jeho asistentem.
    Mezinárodní hlavní rozhodčí je na závod nominován ICSF, asistenta navrhuje pořádající národní svaz.
    Oba se zodpovídají ICSF.
  5. Hlavní rozhodčí a jeho asistent jsou nadřízenými mezinárodních a národních rozhodčí.
    Musí spolupracovat a rozdělovat si povinnosti na hřišti a ve výboru.
    Konečné rozhodnutí je na mezinárodním hlavním rozhodčím.
  6. Hlavní rozhodčí a jeho asistent musí mluvit anglicky a/nebo německy.
  7. Světový a kontinentální mistrovství jsou oficiálně ukončeny pouze tehdy, až vedení závodu a rozhodčí komise (JURY) obdrží rozhodnutí od ICSF nebo jeho zástupců.

Vedení závodu se zodpovídá ICSF ve všech následujících úkolech:

  1. technické přípravě a průběhu disciplín,
  2. proškolení a instruktáži rozhodčích,
  3. průběhu závodu v souladu s mezinárodním závodním řádem,

  4. sestavení skupin pro jednotlivá haziště a časový harmonogram závodu,
  5. kontrole hazišť pod vedením hlavního mezinárodního rozhodčího, který potvrdí řádné podmínky hazišť 10 minut před startem příslušné disciplíny a informuje o tom vedení závodu,

  6. předávání instrukcí mezinárodním (národním) rozhodčím,
  7. zajištění prostoru pro trénink před závodem,
  8. správné vyhodnocení výsledků a rekordů.

Na světových a kontinentálních mistrovstvích se musí pořádat schůze vedoucích výprav alespoň den před oficiálním zahájením závodu.
Na této schůzi musí být k dispozici kompletní startovní listina se skupinami na hazištích, časový rozvrh závodu a seznam nahlášených družstev a jejich členů.
Změna startovní listiny z důvodu nemoci nebo absence závodníka, provedená vedoucím výpravy, je možná.
Schůze vedoucích výprav nominuje členy jury.

Rozhodčí komise (JURY) musí fungovat na všech světových a kontinentálních mistrovstvích stejně tak jako na všech schválených mezinárodních závodech.
Na všech světových a kontinentálních mistrovstvích má 5 členů a 2 náhradníky, žádný z nich zde nemůže závodit, a na všech schválených mezinárodních závodech má 3 členy a 1 zástupce, žádný z nich zde nemůže závodit na daném závodu.

Členové jury musí být přítomni po celou dobu závodu.
Náhradníci zastupují členy rozhodčí komise v případě, že některý z členů je ze státu, který podává protest nebo v případě nemoci nějakého z nich.
Pokud není žádný náhradník, musí být nějaký ihned nominován.
Nominace by měla proběhnout při mimořádné schůzi vedoucích výprav.

Úkoly jury :

  1. Rozhodovat o protestech, založených na porušení závodních a realizačních řádů nebo rozhodnutích, provedených rozhodčími.
  2. Jury musí být svolána okamžitě po obdržení protestu a musí v co nejkratší možné lhůtě o něm rozhodnout.
  3. Země, která podává protest, a dotčená země mají právo být přítomny na jednání až do momentu hlasování.
    Obě strany musí být v průběhu hlasování vyslechnuty.
  4. Hlasování se určuje prostou většinou hlasů.
  5. Rozhodnutí jury je konečné.
  6. V případě protestů proti závodním pravidlům musí vypovídat hlavní rozhodčí a rozhodčí dané disciplíny dříve, než dojde k rozhodnutí.
    Mohou být vyslechnuti i další svědci.
  7. O každém protestu a poradě jury se musí vést protokol.
    Originály protokolů musí být po závodě zaslány technické komisi ICSF.

  8. Vedení závodu musí být ihned informováno o posouzení protestu a konečném rozhodnutí.
  9. Jury má výhradní právo (po poradě s vedením závodu a kapitány družstev) zastavit průběh disciplíny, pokud povětrnostní podmínky velmi nepříznivé (např. bouřka), a určit nové zahájení.

  1. Protesty proti porušení závodního řádu
    1. Každý účastnící se závodník má právo odvolat se proti rozhodnutí rozhodčích skrze protest.
      Protest se musí předat jury písemně v anglickém či německém jazyce a musí být podepsán vedoucím družstva nebo vedoucím výpravy.
    2. Protest musí být podán do 30 minut po skončení disciplíny.
  2. Protesty proti porušení pravidel týkajících se průběhu závodu

    1. Každý protest proti porušení pravidel o průběhu závodu musí být podán písemně jury vedoucím výpravy.
    2. Protesty musí být rozhodnuty dříve než vedení závodu obdrží finální rozhodnutí od ICSF.

  1. Povinnosti a chování rozhodčích :
    1. Na všech světových a kontinentálních mistrovstvích je na každém hazišti jeden mezinárodní rozhodčí s národním rozhodčím.
    2. Na světových a kontinentálních mistrovstvích by měli být mezinárodní hlavní rozhodčí a jeho asistent, mezinárodní rozhodčí a národní rozhodčí v jednotném oblečení, v různých barvách pro každou skupinu.

    3. Všichni funkcionáři (rozhodčí, sekretáři atd.) jsou povinni vykonávat svoji činnost správně a nestranně.
      Musí být označeni minimálně páskou na rukávu nebo označením jejich činnosti.
    4. U všech disciplín s časovým limitem jsou rozhodčí povinni informovat závodníka, jaký čas mu zbývá, jako je poslední minuta, posledních 30 vteřin a následně posledních 5 vteřin.
    5. Rozhodčí odstartuje disciplínu.
      V tomto okamžiku začíná běžet čas na daném startu.
      Při překročení povoleného času musí být závodníkovi předloženy stopky ke kontrole, pokud o to závodník požádá.
    6. Rozhodčí musí oznámit dosažený výsledek každého hodu s výjimkou muškařských dálkových disciplín 2 a 6.
      Na kontinentálních a mezinárodních mistrovstvích musí být výsledek zobrazen na výsledkové tabuli.
    7. Rozhodčí by měli zaujmout takové místo na startu, odkud mohou pozorovat výseč nebo terče, ale nikdy ne před terči nebo přímo za terčem.

    8. Na světových a kontinentálních mistrovstvích rozhoduje o získaných bodech za každý hod mezinárodní rozhodčí na daném hazišti.
    9. Rozhodčí mají povinnost kontrolovat nářadí dle závodního řádu.
    10. Na světových a kontinentálních mistrovstvích mezinárodní hlavní rozhodčí (na mezinárodních soutěžích člen vedení závodu), rozhodují společně s rozhodčími startu o tom, zda bude opakován hod, ovlivněný třetími osobami.
    11. Hlavní rozhodčí je oprávnění udělit napomenutí závodníkovi, trenérovi nebo jiným osobám v případě kázeňského přestupku, případně i diskvalifikovat.
      Tyto události musí být zaznamenány do protokolu o závodu.
  2. Povinnosti a chování mezinárodního hlavního rozhodčího:

    1. Mezinárodní hlavní rozhodčí zodpovídá ICSF za správný průběh závodu na sportovišti.
    2. Zodpovídá za národní a mezinárodní rozhodčí.
    3. Zodpovídá za správné postavení jednotlivých hazišť.
    4. Zodpovídá za kontrolu nářadí.
    5. Dohlíží na časový harmonogram.
    6. Svolává rozhodčí na jednotlivá haziště.
    7. Startuje každou disciplínu.
    8. Volá finalisty na haziště.
    9. Zahajuje a ukončuje finálová kola.
    10. Pouze on může udělit napomenutí či diskvalifikovat.

    Jeho asistent mu pomáhá a podporuje ve všech povinnostech.
  3. Chování trenérů a vedoucích:
    Všichni trenéři, odpovědné osoby a vedoucí výprav musí být dosažitelní ve sportovním areálu během soutěžních dnů.
    1. Trenérům, vedoucímu a všem dalším osobám (závodníkům nebo divákům) je zakázáno přesouvat se do prostoru haziště a rozptylovat závodníky.
      Trenér může pouze poskytovat rady o házecí technice, času, výsledcích a podmínkách svému závodníkovi, a to kdykoliv.
    2. V průběhu všech disciplín je povolen pouze jeden asistent v hazišti pro podporu závodníka a pro pomoc s řešením problémů s náčiním (prut, naviják, šňůra, návazec a muška).
      Jakékoliv porušení může být potrestáno disciplinárním řízením vedení závodu nebo hlavním rozhodčím v souladu se sportovními zásadami.

  1. Vytváření skupin usnadňuje organizaci závodu a urychluje jeho průběh.

  2. Vytváření skupin je v kompetenci vedení závodu pořádající organizace.

  3. Pro každou disciplínu může být různá velikost skupin.
    Maximum je 25 závodníku ve skupině.
  4. Žádný závodník není oprávněn házet mimo svou skupinu.
    Startovní pořadí skupin je určováno v tabulkách startů a časů.
    Startovní pořadí jednotlivých závodníků ve skupině musí být udržováno, avšak skupina je povinna startovat na jí přiděleném hazišti.
  5. Každý závodník ve skupině je osobně odpovědný za přítomnost na startu.
    Z toho důvodu by měl oznamovat na házecích stanovištích, kdykoliv opustí skupinu.

  1. Každé pozvání na světová a kontinentální mistrovství nebo schválené mezinárodní závody musí obsahovat prohlášení, kterým pořadatel zaručuje dodržování závodního řádu a stanov ICSF.
  2. Disciplíny by měly být v rámci možností házeny v numerickém pořadí.
    Na světových a kontinentálních mistrovstvích je musí předávat medaile ve stejném pořadí, v jakém byly odházeny disciplíny.
  3. Na světových a kontinentálních mistrovstvích a schválených mezinárodních závodech je vedení závodu odpovědné za to, že všichni závodníci budou házet každou disciplínu ve stejném čase a za stejných podmínek.

  4. Na světových a kontinentálních mistrovstvích a schválených venkovních mezinárodních závodech se smí házet pouze na travnatých místech, kde tráva není vyšší než 3 cm.
    U zátěžových dálkových disciplín je povolena výška trávy 5 cm.
  5. Všechna ohraničení výsečí musí ležet na zemi.
  6. Závodníkům musí být dána k dispozici označení, upevněné závodníkem v horní části těla tak, aby byl snadno identifikován.
  7. Všechny starty by pokud možno měly být po větru (s větrem v zádech).

  1. Startovní listy
    1. Pořadatel připraví startovní listinu s identickou kopií pro každou disciplínu.
      Tento list musí obsahovat jméno závodníka, jeho startovní číslo a národnost.
    2. Startovní listiny musí být po zhodnocení seřazeny, spojeny a spolu s výsledkovými listinami uschovány vedením závodu do dalšího světového nebo kontinentálního mistrovství.
    3. Chyby v číslech nebo výsledcích musí být označeny tak, aby zůstaly stále čitelné, a nová čísla korektně označena.
      Každá taková změna musí být čitelně podepsána mezinárodním rozhodčím.
    4. Pro případ ztráty originální stratovní listiny je přiložena kopie.
  2. Pojištění
    1. Při soutěži by měl být každý závodník opatrný.
      Všechna haziště by měla být zajištěna tak, aby nemohlo dojít k úrazu závodníků a diváků.
      Divákům a závodníkům, kteří nejsou právě na startu, je vstup do všech hazišť zakázán.
    2. Aby se pořadatelé při eventuálních úrazech účastníků nebo třetích osob chránili proti obvinění ze zavinění, měli by uzavřít pojištění odpovědnosti pro případ úrazu nebo nehod.
      Při všech světových a kontinentálních mistrovstvích by měl být dostupný lékař nebo zdravotnický personál.

Za všechny účastnící se závodníky by mělo být za každou disciplínu zaplaceno startovné a rezervační poplatek za národní družstvo.
Výši startovného musí určit ICSF společně s příslušným pořadatelem.

Tyto peníze jsou určeny k pokrytí nákladu na mezinárodní rozhodčí, jmenované technickou komisí ICSF během světových nebo kontinentálních mistrovství.

Na světových a kontinentálních mistrovstvích je každý národ povinen podílet se zajištěním jednoho mezinárodního rozhodčího, pokud je o to požádán.
Cestovné hradí příslušná země a náklady na pobyt hradí pořadatelská organizace.

The ICSF organises World and Continental Championships as well as sanctioned international competitions for Men, Ladies, Juniors and Masters according following these International Casting Tournament Rules.
Juniors are allowed to participate in men and ladies class.

A Master I. (Men55) is a caster as from the calendar year they reach the age of 55 and until the end of the calendar year they reach the age of 66.
A Master II. (Men67+) is a caster as from the calendar year they reach the age of 67.
A Master (Ladies 55) is a caster as from the calendar year they reach the age of 55.
A Junior is a caster up to the end of the calendar year in which they reach the age of 18.

All National Organisations in good standing organised in the ICSF may take part at ICSF World and Continental Championships and at all sanctioned International Tournaments.

The list of tournaments for casting sport season will be published by ICSF Board before the season starts.

Excluded are organisations and their individual athletes that have lost their membership or have not paid the ICSF membership fee. Application and notice of participation to World and Continental Championships may be made up to 2 months before the Championships.

Names of the participants have to be given at least 4 weeks before the World and Continental Championships. The final changes are possible to make at the meeting of the delegation leaders before the competition.

Changes because of sudden sickness of participants have to be tendered with written notice to the Tournament Committee (organization committee) before 1 hour in advance of Tournament Opening. (Point of time as stated in the invitation)

All nations and participants are obliged to follow the ICSF anti-doping rules, which are in compliance with WADA (World Anti-Doping Agency).

Result determines a title.

The highest number of participants at World and Continental Championships per nation is 9 men, 6 boys, 5 ladies and 3 girls. Reserves are allowed.

At all World and Continental Championships each nation may have a maximum of 6 named men in the events 1 to 9, and 3 named ladies in events 1 to 5+8+9.

From these named participants 4 men and 2 ladies are to be designated for the Team Competition.

For the events 8 and 9 could be changed 3 named men and 2 named ladies per nation.

At all Junior World and Continental Championships each nation may have a maximum 6 named boys in the events 1 to 5 and 3 named girls in events 1 to 5.

From these named participants 4 boys and 2 girls are to be designated for Team Competition.

World or Continental Championships can only be carried out if in the men division at least 6 nations and in the divisions of the ladies, boys and girls 4 nations take compete.

Casters, changing their nationality and their national organisation are barred from any International Tournaments for one year. The change must be reported in each case to the ICSF new admittance must be applied for, by the ICSF when the year has passed. Such a new admittance is only possible if the caster has obtained his new nationality or makes the application plausible.

If possible, all courts are to build with the wind from the back.

Rod: Ordinary one-handed fishing rod, maximum length 3.00 metres.
Standard rings or guides.
Reel: Standard fly-fishing reel, or self-made reel corresponding to standard.

The reel has to be fastened to the rod; the line has to be fastened to the reel.
The reel must carry all backing, the fly line including the leader.
Line: Only fly-fishing line or similar line approved by the ICSF, minimum length 13.5 metres.
Lines with metal and similar inlays are prohibited.

Backing is unrestricted.
The replacement of the tip of the fly line must be of the same material and the same colour.
Leader: Minimum length 1.80 metres.
The leader must be of a different material than the fly-line.
The tip of the leader should be minimum 30 cm long and max. diameter 0,50 mm.
Colour: good visible like yellow, orange, neon green, black, not transparent.
Fly: Any standard tournament fly, size 10, without hook, approved by the ICSF.
Hackle diameters 16-20mm, to be tied in approved dry-fly style and white, yellow or red.
Before starting the event, the caster has to show the fly to the judge who decides if the fly is correct or not.
In case of loss, flies can be replaced in an unrestricted number.
Flies must not be modified.
Platform: Minimum size 1.50 metres long and 1.20 metres wide, 0.50 metres height.
Targets: 5 flat water targets, 0.60 metres diameters, made from plastic or metal, with turned edge 3 cm high.
Colour: dark - black, green, blue or brown,
filled with water.
Court: Disc no 1 to the left of the caster. 8 metres from the upper middle front edge of the platform.
Disc no 5 to the right, 13 metres from the upper middle front edge of the platform.
Disc 2, 3 and 4 are on a straight line between no 1 and no 5.
Disc no 3 is always placed directly in front of the platform.
All distances to the targets are to be measured from the upper middle front edge of the platform to the centres of the target discs.
Distance between the centres of the target discs has to be 1.80 metres.
Dry Fly Round: Caster must start with fly in hand and rod-length fly-line, (no loose fly-line at reel) leader not included.

If the line is not pulled in at rod-length, the judge will ask the caster to correct it.
After a second demand the caster will be disqualified for this event.

Dry fly casting one attempt at time on each target in the following order:
3 - 1 - 4 - 2 - 5 - 3 - 1 - 4 - 2 - 5.
At least one false cast shall be made between each score or lay of the fly. All ten targets have to be cast to in the consecutive order given or as many as time permits.
Fly line may only be shortened or lengthened during false casting, with rod in motion, no stripping of the line from the reel allowed when rod is not in casting motion.
Improper strip or shortening of the line shall make the next cast scoring 0 points.
Casting contrary to regulations (such as to lay down or repeatedly touching the ground with the leader or the fly line) the caster will be once warned on each target.
If the caster ignores the warning the caster gets scored zero.
Wet Fly Round: Having completed the dry fly round, the caster pulls the fly line back into level with disc no 1.
Then the caster makes two rounds, one wet fly cast at a time on each target in consecutive order
1 - 2 - 3 - 4 - 5 - 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 - 5.
Line may be pulled in to shorten length between targets no. 5. and no. 1., but no blind or false casting allowed between casts on targets.
Casting: Should the fly, caused by bad floor or grass conditions, during wet fly round, hang, is it up to the international judge to decide if the caster should be given one more try.
Time: Time limit 5 minutes and 30 seconds.
Score: Each hit in target scores 5 points. Maximum score 100 points.
The inner part of the edge of the discs to be counted as the target and will score 5 points.
General: During dry fly- and wet fly-rounds the caster must stand with at least one foot directly adjacent to the front of the platform.
Rod: One-handed fly rod, maximum length 3.00 metres.
Reel: Any reel. Reel fastened to rod; line fastened to the reel. Reel to carry all backing the whole fly line including the leader.

Line: Orange fly line approved by the ICSF.
Any changes and manipulations with of the fly line are prohibited.

Men, Boys and Veterans fly line:
Minimum length 13.50 metres. Maximum weight 38 gram.
from a single-handed fly line.

Ladies and Girls fly line:
Minimum length 13.50 metres. Maximum weight 34 gram.
from a single-handed fly line.
Leader: Minimum length 1.80 metres. Maximum length 3.00 metres.
Fly: Same as event no 1.
Platform: Same as event no 1.
Court: Casting sector; width at 50 metres distance 25 meters, measured at a right angle to the perpendicular axis from the centre of the front edge of the platform. From 50 meters wide plates are set up for orientation.
Time: Time limit 5 minutes.
Score: Longest cast to win the event in final, two longest casts added to score for combination.
1 meter = 1 point.
General: The line may be pulled out outside the court during the casting of the previous caster.
The fly must lie down outside of the courts.
Corresponding to the technique of fly-distance casting, the whole fly line must be hold in the air during the forward and backward swinging.
Rod: Single handed minimum length 1.37 metres, maximum length 2.50 metres, at least 3 rod rings and a tip ring.
Maximum diameters inside bottom ring 50 mm,
tip ring 10 mm.
Handle not to exceed 1/4 of rod length.
Reel: Open-faced spinning reel, standard spool or corresponding type. Reels with changed gear are allowed.

Line: Unrestricted, but the same diameters in the whole length. Free running length minimum 20 meters.
Plug: 7.5-gram plastic, approved by the ICSF, drop-shaped with an even surface.
Length excluding eye: 53.0 mm plus/minus 0.3 mm.
Diameters of the head: 18.5 mm plus/minus 0.3 mm.
Diameters of the eye: 5.0 mm plus/minus 1 mm.
Weight of the plug 7.5 gram, plus/minus 0.15gr including eye.
Colour white.
Court: Arenberg target of green coloured ground-cloth or plastic,
with 5 concentric rings marked white, maximum 2 cm, of diameters,
res. 0.75 – 1.35 - 1.95 - 2.55 - 3.15 metres.
The centre is a flat disc of 0.75 metres diameters, maximum thickness 10mm. and black.
It should not lay deeper than the cloth.
5 casting stations to be arranged round the target at 90 degrees.
The first and last station is in a straight line from the centre of the target over the target corner.
The other three stations are placed between the first and last station. The farthest is if possible, with the wind from behind the caster.
Each station marked with a starting board, 1.00-metre-long and maximum10 cm height.
Colour: white.
Casting: From each station 2 casts.
The caster has to start from station 1 with the plug in his hand.

Stations and casting techniques:
Distances must be measured from centre of target and station to be cast from left to right.
Station 1: Distance 10 metres Underhand pendulous cast.
Station 2: Distance 12 metres Right-hand cast.
Station 3: Distance 18 metres Over-head cast.
Station 4: Distance 14 metres Left-hand cast.
Station 5: Distance 16 metres Optional style cast.

Catapult-casts are not allowed.
Under-hand pendulous cast: This is properly executed when the plug is under the rod by delivery. Any posture of the caster is allowed.
Right-hand side cast: This is properly executed while delivering the cast the rod-tip travel at least 1 metre from the right side of the casting direction and the rod and the casting hand are to the right of the casting direction, which is the line between the centre of the caster and the target centre.
The rod tip shall not travel higher than the horizontal plane when delivering the cast.
Any posture of the caster is allowed, no matter if the rod is in front or behind the starting board.
Dragging of the plug on the ground is prohibited and scores 0 points.
Length of pendulum is unrestricted.
Over-head cast: This is properly executed when the rod tip before the delivery is over the head of the caster. The rod has to be propelled between the horizontal and the vertical plane. Any length of overhang. Any posture of the caster is allowed.
Left-hand side cast: This is properly executed while delivering the cast the rod-tip travel at least 1 metre from the left side of the casting direction and the rod and the casting hand are to the left of the casting direction, which is the line between the centre of the caster and the target centre.
The rod tip shall not travel higher than the horizontal plane when delivering the cast.
Any posture of the caster is allowed, no matter if the rod is in front or behind the starting board.
Dragging of the plug on the ground is prohibited and scores 0 points.
Length of pendulum is unrestricted.
Time: Time limit 5 minutes in all, moving between stations boards included.

The run for the caster is guaranteed to be maximum 5 metres.

Plugs must not be altered in any way.

In World and Continental Championships and by all International Tournaments sanctioned by ICSF, are only fly lines approved by the ICSF and plugs chargeable provided and controlled by ICSF allowed. Plugs for distance casting have to be distributed before the start and specially marked by the arranging organisation.

According to the specific rules for each event, the fly rod has to be used by one respectively two hands. It is allowed to achieve a fulcrum by putting the rod against the under-arm, but no fastening is allowed.
All other technical aids are prohibited.

  1. if the rod is not handled according to the rules.
    In the Fly Distance Events the whole fly line must be in the air
    while false cast.
  2. if during the delivery the fly or the leader is missing.
    In case of a leader tangle the leader should be under a required minimum of 1.80 metres, the cast is scored if otherwise correct.
  3. if the caster, during the flight of the fly, touches the ground around the platform, before the fly touches the ground or the target.
  4. if the fly touches the ground or the target after the time is out,
  5. if during the false casts the fly touches the water inside the target
    or the ground during false casting, when final cast to score has not been delivered, Casting contrary to regulations (such as to lay down or repeatedly touching the ground with the leader or the fly line)
    the caster will be once warned on each target.
    If the caster ignores the warning the caster gets scored zero.
  6. if the line is marked, or is measured along the rod by the caster
  7. if in a broken fly line tip is replaced by more than a rod length.
    Replacements are only allowed in the same material in the same colour.
  8. if the line in event no. 1 is pulled from the reel before the judge has given start clearance
  9. if the caster is not standing with at least one foot directly adjacent to the front edge of the platform
  10. if the fly settles outside of court (event 2,6)

Each cast with 0 point-scoring counts for the number of casts allowed.
Hits or distances achieved by illegal casts are non-scoring.
If any tackle, not in conformity with regulations is being used the caster will be disqualified for the whole event.

  1. Each caster is personally responsible for using correct tackle for each event.

  2. Defects of tackle or parts of the tackle are broken or malfunction of rod or spring and defect reel.
  3. By such an event the time is stopped.
    The remaining time can, with a changed new tackle according to the rules, still be used, but only within the same round.
    Such defects have to be referred to the international judge of the court.

    In final competitions the time stop is eliminated.
  4. The caster will get 10 minutes to repair or change damage equipment.
    In final competitions the time stop is eliminated.
  5. If the fly or the leader is lost, the caster may be assisted by one person at a time, to replace the fly or the leader.
    The caster may have assistance in order to clear a tangle of the line, to replace a lost fly or leader or any other malfunctions of the tackle but from one person only at a time.
    Distances and hits before the incident count.
  6. If the hackle of the fly is separated from the hook, subject to decision of the judge, the time is stopped, and the caster or his assistant is requested to put on a new fly immediately.
    Time starts again as soon as the fly has been replaced, the line must be pulled in after the replacement.
    Unrestricted number of flies can be used.

In event no. 2 and 6.a broken fly line can be replaced by a new one, no scored 0.

  1. The first time the fly hits the target in accuracy event must be scored for each try. In distance events the cast is measured where fly comes to rest.

  2. Casts may be repeated if there is influence by other persons. This is to be decided by the head judge after advice from the court judges.
  3. Should the fly, caused by bad floor or grass conditions, during wet fly round, hang, is it up to the international judge to decide if the caster should be given one more try.
  4. In fly events time starts when the caster declares to be ready and the judge has given start clearance.
    Before time is up the fly of the last cast must be resting or having touched the ground or the target in event 1 and must be delivered in events 2 and 6.
  5. In disciplines 1, 2, 6, the casts are scored if there are no hackles on the hook.
  6. In the finals of the fly disciplines 1, 2, 6, will be no time stop if the device breaks or there are no hackles on the hook.

Each caster is personally responsible for using the correct tackle for each event. The rules for casting techniques, illegal casts, and defects of tackle as well as determining results are valid for all plug events.

If no restrictions in the specified rules for the event are foreseen, any sporting casting techniques are allowed. Generally prohibited are so-called catapult casts, as per definition.

  1. A catapult cast is a cast in which the caster flexes his rod by holding on the plug, releasing the rod power by letting go of the plug.
  2. Any attempt to cast in while releasing the line counts as a cast.

  1. if the caster, during the flight of the plug, touches the ground in front of the starting board, or in accuracy events, is not standing with at least one foot directly adjacent to the starting board, while delivering the cast.
  2. if the caster, in plug distance events, having entered the casting station, fails to deliver his cast before 60 seconds after the court is declared free by the judge.
    If this limit is exceeded, the cast counts for number of casts allowed in the event.
  3. if the caster, in plug distance events, exceeds the prescript 5 metres run.

  4. if the plug touches the ground inside the court or in front of the starting board or the imaginary line lengthened to both sides of the starting board, even if no cast is delivered.
  5. if a cast is delivered, the caster having forgotten to snap over the bailing wire or line guide in spinning events, or the releasing of spool in multiplying events, even if the plug does not touch the ground.
  6. if the bailing wire or line guide snaps to during delivery in spinning events or the spool is accidentally re-coupled in the multiplier events, even if the plug does not touch the ground.
  7. if during the flight of the plug the line breaks or was not fixed to the reel.

  8. if the plug in accuracy events hits outside the target and in distance events the plug comes to rest outside the court.
  9. if the casting technique used is not in conformity with regulations.
  10. if the caster is re-winding the line or stepping over the starting board before the cast is marked in the court or without a request of the judge.

Each illegal cast counts for the number of casts allowed.
Hits or distances achieved by illegal casts are non-scoring.
If any tackle, not in conformity with regulations is being used, the caster will be disqualified for the whole event.
Any changes of the plugs will lead to disqualification for the whole tournament.

Defects of tackle or parts of the tackle are: Broken rod or spring and defect reel.
Such defects have to be referred to the international judge of the court.

By such an event the time is stopped
The caster gets a repairing time of 10 minutes to repairer or change the tackle
In the remaining time the caster can continue with another set of tackle in conformity with regulations for the rest of the event.

No such time is given if a rod ring gets loose, line tangles or the line gets under the spool.
During all defects the caster may have assistance, from one person only at a time

In final competitions the time stop is eliminated.

  1. In all plug distance events the measuring is done in metres and centimetres between the centre point of the starting board to the furthest edge of the plug.
    In accuracy Arenberg event scores a hit on a white ring as a hit on the immediate inner ring.
  2. Measuring of distance casts take place immediately after each cast.
  3. The judges have to announce the achieved distance of the caster immediately after each cast.
  4. Last cast must be finished before time is up, i.e. the plug must have touched target or ground (events 3, 4 and 8).
    In the distance events the cast must be delivered before the time is over (events 5, 7, 9).
  5. Casts may be repeated if they are influenced by other persons. This is to be decided by the head judge after advice from the court judges.

  1. The standing of ICSF is increased according to contributions from of the casters at tournaments, like showing discipline, sporting manners and high performance.
    This also includes the uniform attire of the athletes.
    It is compulsory for each caster to act in a sporting and friendly manner and follow all advice from judges and tournament committee.
    Unsporting demeanour detracts from the standing of the organisation and will be punished, if continued the caster can be disqualified from the tournament.
  2. Each caster is responsible for the correctness of his tackle according to the Rules. Continuity in the casting is demanded from each caster.
  3. On tournament days training at the tournament site is possible, but only if the process of the event is not disturbed.
    Any caster acting against the advice from the tournament committee will be warned and if he continues to act against the advice he may be disqualified for the rest of the tournament.
  4. Each caster has to appear at the starting place on the first call.
    The time is running immediately after the start signal of the judge.
    Time to go to the starting-board and to deliver the cast in event no. 5, 7, 9: is 60 seconds when caster has been called by the judge immediately after the measuring of the previous cast.
    For all the events it is important that, the next following caster will be called also to be prepared for the cast or the round.
    Caster has to start the cast or the round immediately when the judge gives the starting signal.
  5. If in event 1 the fly line is longer than rod length by start, the judge should draw the caster’s attention to this and warn the caster.
    If the line is not shortened after the warnings by the judge, the caster will be disqualified for the event.
  6. Each caster is obliged to follow the internationally acknowledged regulations on doping settled by ICSF anti-doping rules which are in compliance with WADA Code.

At World and Continental Championships tackle controls has to be carried out by one International judge and one assistant supplied by the arranging organisation.
The control station has to be close to the courts.
In the plug events there should be one person for controlling the lines on two courts.
The chosen caster has to be guided with his tackle to the control station at least by a national judge.
The chance to be chosen for a tackle control is 1:4.

The control will be done.

If the caster uses a tackle not according to the rules he will be disqualified for this event.
If it should happen again, he will be excluded for the whole tournament.

  1. World and Continental records can only be registered at World and Continental Championships and at registered International Tournaments.
    A foreign international judge must be present.
  2. If a new record has been cast, the tackle has immediately to be controlled if it is according to the Rules.
    This control has to be managed by an international judge.
    The exact time (o'clock) has immediately to be ascertained and marked in the caster's starting book or starting list, the international judge has to countersign.

    A foreign international judge must approve the correctness of the control.
  3. In all distance events no records can be registered if the wind velocity exceeds 3 metres/second or the measuring instruments are not disposal.
    Wind velocity to be measured at the time when the record cast was made.
    The place for the measuring instrument has to be close to the courts and has to be decided by the tournament committee.
    Measuring judges at all courts must be able to see if wind velocity is exceeded.

    Measuring point must be between 1,8 – 2 m high.
  4. The ICSF-protocol signed by at least one member of the tournament committee, has to be forwarded to the Technical Committee of ICSF to get the new record recognised.
  5. Records may be cast also in the Finals.
  6. At World and Continental Championships and registered International Tournaments, the actual world records have to be marked off at the court in an easily recognisable manner.
  7. World - and Continental records are approved and recognised in following events:
    1. Event no. 2 Ladies and Men; Girls and Boys, Masters ladies and men
      Event no. 5 Ladies and Men; Girls and Boys, Masters ladies and men
      Event no. 6 Men, Masters men
      Event no. 7 Men, Masters men

  1. In all accuracy events points achieved = points
  2. In all plug distance events meters achieved x 1.5 = points
  3. In all fly distance events, the best cast counts for the individual event and the sum of the two best casts for the combination.
    Meters x 1.0 = points.
  4. In all combinations the points scored in the individual events are added together.
    Sum of points decides.

At any World and Continental Championships, the following events and combinations are to be scored:

  1. At all World and Continental Championships, all team competitions shall be held.
  2. Team competitions take place in Pentathlon (events no. 1 to 5).
  3. Teams consist of respectively 4 Men/Boys or 2 Ladies/Girls.
  4. Names of team members to be finally given and announced by heads of delegations at the delegations meeting before the competition starts.

  1. At any World and Continental Championships, the following awards will be given.
    1. Individual events In each event 3 winners:
    1st, 2nd and 3rd place.
    2. Combinations Men Pentathlon, 3 winners:
    1st, 2nd and 3rd place
    Heptathlon 3 winners:
    1st, 2nd and 3rd place
    Allround 3 winners:
    1st, 2nd and 3rd place
    3. Víceboje - ženy Pentathlon, 3 winners:
    1st, 2nd and 3rd place
    Allround 3 winners:
    1st, 2nd and 3rd place
    4. Víceboje - chlapci pětiboj 3 winners:

    6. In all individual events and combinations, the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners receive gold respectively silver and bronze medals.
    In all the individual events the awarding will also be done by diplomas for all finalists and for the six best of the combination events.
    7. Team evaluation: The best team of men, ladies, boys and girls is the winners and receives the Trophy of Nations.
    All members of the teams including trainers are designated winners.
  2. At any sanctioned International Tournament, the following awards might be given.
    1. Individual events. In each event 3 winners:
    1st, 2nd and 3rd place.
    2. Combination event Men. Pentathlon, 3 winners:
    1st, 2nd and 3rd place
    Heptathlon, 3 winners:
    1st, 2nd and 3rd place

    All members including trainers of the teams are designated winners.

  1. The winner is the caster who achieves the highest points score in an individual event or combination of events.
  2. Finals:
    1. In every individual event the winner is determined by a final.
      The best 6 ladies and the best 8 men are qualified for the finals.
      In ladies, veteran ladies, girls’ and boy’s category at least 9 competitors must compete in the qualification round, in men and masters category 12 competitors minimum.
      No final in case when there are less than 9 or 12 competitors in the qualification round.
      Determination of the winners depends on points (event 1 to 9) and time (event 1, 3, 4, 8).
    2. All finals in the events 1-4, 6 and 8 are to be cast at the same time and in the same conditions. The finals for the plug distance events 5, 7 and 9 will take place at one court chosen by the International Chief Judge.
    3. IF there are not 6 or 8 courts the finals will be cast in 2 rounds.
    4. The casting courts will be taken by the caster in the reverse order of the achieved results in the qualification round, like f. ex. men division: court 1 – caster place 8, court 2 – caster place 7.
      If there are more casters than courts in any event, groups have to be formed with the same number of casters beginning in the reverse order of the achieved results in the qualification round, f. ex.: 8-5 and 4-1.
    5. The results in all finals determine the numerical order of the winners.
      The results of the qualification round are scored for any combination or team event.
  3. Proceeding of the accuracy events 1, 3, 4 and 8:
    1. During all accuracy rounds, the time must be taken already in the qualification round in order to determine the participants of the finals
  4. Proceeding of the distance events:
    1. For the fly-distance events 2 and 6 the casting courts will be taken by the caster in the reverse order of the achieved results in the qualification round.
    2. The finals in the plug-distance events 5, 7 and 9 will be held on one court chosen by the International Chief Judge.
      The order of the casters will be the reverse order of the achieved results in the qualification round, place 8 to 1.
  5. Same results on points of two or more casters in accuracy events 1, 3, 4, and 8:
    If there are two casters or more who have the same result in the qualification round or in the finals the winner is the caster with the best result in the shortest time.
    If the result and the time are still the same, there will be a new final round.
  6. Same results on points of two or more casters in distance events 2, 5-7 and 9:
    If two or more casters have the same distance, the second or even the third longest cast will decide.
    If all three casts are the same, there will be a new final round.
  7. If two or more casters have the same points score in any combination:
    If two or more casters have the same number of points in any combination, the first respectively, second and third place is shared by the casters.
    The same rules apply for teams.

  1. For the team competition the results of the events no. 1 to 5 (Pentathlon) decide the team result.
    The team result is the sum of the added points achieved by each member of the team in each of the 5 events.
  2. Winner of the team competition is the team whose members together have achieved the highest number of points.
  3. If two teams or more have the same team score, the first respectively, second and third place is shared by the teams.

  1. Every starting caster has according his achieved results, the possibility to receive a World respectively Continental Championship title.
  2. At all championships the winner or the winning team is designated champion of that particular event or combination of events.
  3. The title to be given is: World respectively Continental Champion of the event, or the combination of events, or the team combination, with particulars of the event or the combinations and the result added.

  1. Hoisting of the National Flags.
    The sport's tournaments are subject to the Olympic Idea and are brought forward through the principle of Friendship between Nations.
    To express this thought, the National Flags of the participating nations are hoisted at all important international tournaments.
    On demand of the organizer all participating nations should bring their flags a national anthem.
    The organizer can give guidelines concerning the size of the flags.
  2. The winners receive in formal manner the medals in gold, respectively silver and bronze and the diplomas, showing their achieved title or place.
    In all events the national anthem of the winning nation is played in connection with the gold medal, when the medals have been given.
    In honour of the first three casters their national flags are hoisted together.

  1. World and Continental Championships are administrated through ICSF or by any person appointed by ICSF.
    It has full responsibility for the proper organisation and administration of the world and continental championships according to these international casting-sport tournament rules.
  2. The tournament committee has to have at least 5 members, 4 to be named by the country arranging the tournament.
    The fifth member is the international chief judge as representative of the ICSF.
  3. The head of the tournament administration is named by the country arranging the tournament.
  4. During the tournament the ICSF as organisation is represented in their controlling function by the international chief judge and his assistant.
    The international chief judge is nominated by the ICSF, the assistant by the organising national federation.
    They are responsible to the ICSF.
  5. The chief judge and his assistant are heading the international and national judges.
    They have to cooperate and share the duties on the fields and in the bureau.
    The final decision is up to the international chief judge.
  6. The chief judge and his assistant must speak English and/or German.
  7. The World and Continental Championship are officially completed, when the tournament committee and the jury have received discharge by ICSF or its representatives.

The tournament committee is responsible to the ICSF in all its following tasks:

  1. The technical preparations and the conduct of the events.
  2. The training and instruction of all judges.
  3. The conduct of the tournament according to the international casting tournament rules.
  4. The forming of groups in courts and the time schedule for the competitions.
  5. The controlling of the courts under the direction of the international chief judge who will acknowledge the proper conditions of the court 10 minutes before start of the particular event and report this to the tournament committee.
  6. Instructions to international (national) judges
  7. Providing facilities for training before the tournament.
  8. Correct scoring of results and records.

At World and Continental Championships, a meeting of the heads of delegations has to be held at least the day before the official opening of the tournament.
A complete starting list with the groups in courts, the time schedule and a list with the announced teams and their members have to be provided for this meeting.
Changings of the start list because of illness or absence of a caster by the heads of delegations is possible.
The meeting of the heads of delegation will nominate the members of the jury.

A jury has to officiate at all World and Continental Championships as well as at all sanctioned International Tournaments.
The jury at all World and Continental Championships shall have 5 members and two substitutes, none of them to cast in the tournament and at all sanctioned International Tournaments 3 members and one substitute, none of them to cast in the tournament.
The members of the jury have to be present during the whole tournament.
The substitutes have to replace members of the jury whose countries are involved in a protest or if one member falls ill.
If there are no substitutes, a substitute has to be nominated immediately.
This nomination should be done at an immediate meeting with the heads of delegations.

Úkoly jury :

  1. Decide upon protests founded upon violations of the tournaments and conducting Rules, or the decisions of the judges.
  2. The jury has to be called immediately after receiving the protest and has to decide in the shortest possible time.
  3. The country lodging a protest and the country concerned are entitled to be present at the jury meeting, up to the moment of voting.
    Both parties have to be heard during the negotiations.
  4. Votes to be counted by simple majority.
  5. Decisions by the jury are final.
  6. In case of protests against tournament rules, the chief judge and the judge of the specific event have to give evidence before decision.
    Other witnesses may be called.
  7. A written protocol has to be kept about each protest and jury meeting.
    The original has to be sent to the Technical committee of ICSF after the tournament.
  8. The tournament committee has to be informed immediately about the handling and decisions of protest.
  9. The jury has exclusive right, after discussing the matter with trainers and team captains present, to stop casting of an event if weather conditions are severely adverse, such as thunderstorms, and order a new start.

  1. Protests against violation of tournament rules
    1. Every caster participating has the right to appeal decisions of the judges through a protest.
      The protest must be forwarded in written form in English or German to the jury and has to be signed by the team leader or by the head of delegation.
    2. The protest has to be forwarded within 30 minutes after finish of the event.
  2. Protests against violation of rules concerning the conduct of the tournament
    1. Any protests have been forwarded in written form to the jury by the head of delegation
    2. Protests have to be decided before the tournament committee receives discharge by the ICSF

  1. Duties and conduct of the judges
    1. In all World and Continental Championships one international judge will, in addition to the national judges, officiate at each court.
    2. At World and Continental Championships should the International Chief Judge and his assistant, the International Judges and the National Judges all be dressed in uniformed clothes, thus in different colours for each group.
    3. All functionaries (judges, secretaries etc.) are obliged to act correctly and without prejudice.
      They should be characterized with at least arm bands or some token of their task.
    4. In all events with time limits, the judges have to inform the caster of the time still left for the event such as the last minute, last 30 seconds and then all 5 seconds.
    5. The judge will start the event.
      At “Start1” time begins to run.
      If the time allowed is exceeded, the stopwatch has to be shown to the caster on his demand.
    6. The judges have to announce the achieved result of each cast, except during the fly distance-events 2 and 6.
      At continental and international championships, the result of each cast must be shown on a result-board.
    7. The judges should take a stand that they can observe the court respectively the targets and the caster, but never in front of or directly behind the targets.
    8. At any World or Continental Championships, the decision about achieved points for each cast is drawn by the international judge at the court.
    9. The judges are obliged to control the tackle according to the Rules.
    10. At World or Continental Championships, the International Chief Judge (at international tournaments a member of the tournament committee), together with the judges at the court, decides if a cast may be repeated because of undue influence by third persons.
    11. The Chief Judge is entitled to give warnings to the caster, the trainer or other people because of disciplinary misdemeanours; even to issue disqualifications.
      Such warnings have to be set down in the tournament protocol.
  2. Duties and conduct of the international chief judge:

    1. Chief Judge is responsible to the ICSF for the correct conducting of the competition on the sport-ground.
    2. Chief Judge is responsible for the national and the international judges.
    3. Chief Judge is responsible for the correct construction of the courts.
    4. Chief Judge is responsible for the tackle control.
    5. Chief Judge supervises the time schedule.
    6. Chief Judge calls the judges and casters to the courts.
    7. Chief Judge releases each event.
    8. Chief Judge calls the finalists on their new courts.
    9. Chief Judge starts and stops the finals.
    10. Only Chief Judge can issue warnings or disqualifications.

    Chief judge assistant helps and supports him in all duties.
  3. Conduct of trainers and coaches
    All the trainers, persons responsible and heads of delegation have to be reachable on the sport facilities during the days of competition.
    1. It is forbidden for trainers, coaches and all other persons (casters or audience), to move into the area of the courts and to distract casters.
      The trainer may only give advices and information about casting technique, time, scores and conditions to his caster at any time.
    2. During the casting of all events only one assistant in the court in a time is allowed to support and to help the caster to solve problems with his equipment (rod, reel, line, leader and fly).
      Any misconduct may be punished by disciplinary action by the tournament committee or the chief judge, lead only by sporting principles.

  1. The forming of groups will facilitate the organisation of the tournament and accelerate it carrying out.
  2. The forming of groups is the responsibility of the tournament committee of the arranging organisation.
  3. For each event the groups could be of different size.
    The maximum for any group is 25 casters.
  4. No caster is allowed to cast outside his group.
    Starting order for the groups is regulated in start- and timetables.
    Starting order for each caster inside his group must be maintained, but each group has to cast on the appointed court.
  5. Every caster in a group is personally responsible for his presence at the start.
    He should therefore report to the casting stations whenever he leaves the group.

  1. Every invitation to World and Continental Championship or to sanctioned International Tournaments must include a guarantee that the international casting tournament rules and statues of ICSF will be followed.
  2. Events should if possible be cast in numerical order.
    At World and Continental Championships, the medals must be presented in the same order as the events are cast.
  3. At World and Continental Championships or at any sanctioned International Tournaments, arranging organisation has the responsibility that all casters in the same class will cast every event in the same time period and under the same conditions.
  4. At World and Continental Championships and at outdoor sanctioned International Tournaments the casting events are only allowed on grass, the grass not to be higher than three centimetres.
    Five centimetres is allowed during plug distance events.
  5. All side lines have to be laid out at the ground.
  6. The casters have to be provided with bibs, to be carried by the caster on their upper bodies in an easy recognizable way.
  7. All courts should, if possibly, be placed with the wind from the back.

  1. Start lists
    1. The organizer prepares an identical start list with a copy for each event.
      This start list must contain the name of the caster, his start number and his nationality.
    2. The start lists have to be sorted after evaluation, bound together and kept together with the score sheets until the next World or Continental Championships by the tournament committee.
    3. Errors in numbers or scores have to be marked through so they are still legible and new numbers correctly marked.
      Any such change or correction has to be signed by an international judge in a legible way.
    4. In case of loss of the original start list the copy is binding.
  2. Insurance
    1. Every caster should be careful during the casting.
      The courts should be safe guarded so no accident may occur to the casters or spectators.

    2. To be safe guarded against claims by accidents of the casters or third persons, the arranging organisation should carry insurance against accidents.
      At all World or Continental Championships, a physician or medical personal should be available.

For all active casters, a starting fee for each event should be paid and for each national team a booking fee.
The amount has to be decided by ICSF together with the arranging organisation.

This money is for the covering of costs for the international judges appointed by the Technical Committee of ICSF during World- or Continental Championships.

At World and Continental Championships every participating nation is obliged upon demand by the arranging organisation to participate with one international judge. The travelling costs to be covered by the nation and the accommodation costs by the arranging organisation.
